A little bit about me
Phoebe
It took me a while to figure out what it was that I wanted to do with my life...Sitting on a beach in Mexico, mojito in hand, I had an epiphany. Events! That is what I wanted to do as a career. When I came to that realisation, I recognised that I had actually been working on events my whole life. High school dances, university soirees, even that job in the local pub where I mostly worked functions. All of these experiences provided me with the skills and understanding of what it takes to create an amazing event. Flash forward 9 years and I am now and event designer running my own business.

Harper & Grace Designs is the culmination of my passion for planning, creativity, florals, and most of all people. My intention, no matter what the event; whether it be a wedding, birthday or baby shower, is that the design reflects you, the flowers are kick ass, that everything is looked after, and most importantly you get to enjoy the day.

A little bit about me
Maddi
Lucky me had just finished my events degree at the end of 2019....and the start of Covid! I had sent Harper & Grace Designs an email introducing myself, hoping I would score a job and move to the big smoke as soon as possible. Unfortunately, that was not the case! Fast forward 2 years, and what felt like a million lockdowns, and a lifetime working in retail back in country Victoria; I received the best email ever, it was time to start my events career!
My passion for events began when I attended my first P!nk concert at the age of 12. Ever since then I have been organising events, from milestone birthday celebrations to university functions.
It’s fair to say it’s been a crazy but fun rollercoaster, of a first and post-covid wedding season. From learning how to create flower arrangements to meeting Hannah Orval (major fangirl) I wouldn’t change a single thing about this journey. Not only has Harper & Grace Designs given me my first opportunity in my dream career, I have also found a second family and I’m forever grateful.
